Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about supporting IslandView. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Canceling a recurring membership or donation

You can cancel an auto-renewing membership or recurring donation at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your current period remains active through its paid term. To cancel, email islandviewassociation@trdcfi.org or call 313-241-0829.

Membership refunds

Membership dues are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe there is a problem, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith.

Donation refunds

Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error (for example, a duplicate or incorrect amount), contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to make it right.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
